Sanofi Ad: Please dump your Januvia etc and take our Lantus insulin

A reader (presumably outside the US) e-mailed asking for more details re the full page Sanofi ads referenced in Pharmalyst's previous post. Below are some pics of their full page ad (sorry about the quality but if you click on the image, you can read the verbiage better) from today's WSJ. Wonder how much these ads are costing Sanofi and whether Lantus has seen a bump.
